Giggs Fitness: Power & Strength through Yoga, £20

Here’s what a customer on Amazon thought of it: “I think that this product represents great value (both in price and in its unique content). The workout is pure genius. It is a refreshing take on fitness and Giggs does a great job. I found it inspiring, easy to follow, yet challenging.”
Diversity: Dance Fitness Fusion, £23
This double DVD gives you a dance-inspired workout and an exclusive routine to learn, from 2009 Britain’s Got Talent winner Diversity’s very own tour.
This dance-loving reviewer gave the product five stars: “Diversity is on a level of its own. Even though this is a fitness video/DVD, their creativity, strength and mastery of street moves is a thing to behold. Some of the moves may be difficult for many to replicate, but Diversity does make a valiant attempt to break the experience down into small steps. Loved the dance, loved the music.”
