What you need:
Salmon fillets (cooked)
How easy can it be. Fire up two pans of water to boiling. Steam (for best results) the broccoli and asparagus. For 3-5 minutes.
At the same time crack open an egg into a small bowl or cup. Bring off the second pan to a simmer and stir away the bubbles. Add the egg to simmer and watch it poach.
While waiting use a fork to break up the fillets. After steaming place veg on a plate followed by a layer of salmon. Add the egg followed by avocado and add a pinch of salt and pepper to season. And voila! Easy food is less than 10 mins!
