When you stay with us we want you to make the most of your stay and the fully equipped kitchen.
X1 small onion
X1 green pepper
X1 clove of garlic
200g of rice
Secret ingredient: pesto
Start off the rice to boil then leave to simmer for 10-12 minutes. Mean time slice up the vegetables and pop in a hot pan with some olive oil.
Add the vegetables and cook until slightly soft or starting to brown.
When rice is cooked, drain and add two table spoons of tomato purée. Add a pinch of chilli pepper and stir.
Finally add the veggies, mix and leave to stand for a minute. Oh and top off with the feta. Voila!
