Half Term ‘Spooky’ Stuff For The Kids!

Yep, another half term! The first few days are already over and they little ones are bored. Have some suggestions on us – you are welcome.

You’ve picked the pumpkin and now it is time to hit the trail! For just £2, walk one of Hampshire’s most beautiful woodland routes and find the answers to the clues! Everyone wins a spook-tacular prize at the end.

Halloween Kids, West Quay, Southampton

FREE activities for kids from 11am-4pm including games, cake making and crafts. Every day this week there is something for everyone, enough to drive you bat-ty!

There is plenty of Halloween creativeness taking place this week at one of the finest marinas on the south coast. Kids entertainer Silly Scott will be on hand with his ‘ghastly’ show. Get arty, get crafty and creep home happy from ‘Pot’ Solent…

 

Whiteley Fireworks

Just off junction 9 of the M27, Whiteley is home to some fantastic shops, restaurants and entertainment. Sunday 28th sees one of the biggest firework shows of the year. Head to Meadowside fields for a night of funfairs and big bangs…

The Brickworks, Bursledon

Wonderful Wednesdays are back for Half Term and they are doing slime!

The brickmakers had to get the perfect mix of clay, water and sand to make their bricks. Can you make the perfect mixture to create a pot of slime to take home?

Add food dye and glitter to make your slime unique. No need to book , just turn up. 12.00 noon – 2.00pm

The Brickworks after Dark, 25th October 5.00 – 7.00pm

A real family focus to this Halloween event.

Listen to ghost stories after dark in Hampshire’s most haunted museum. An October half term special.

Bring your own torch – the lights will be low 🙂

The cafe will be open selling hot and cold drinks, hot dogs (including vegetarian hot dogs) and marshmallows that can be toasted on a fire pit outside.

From 5.00 – 7.00pm; Entrance £3 per person.
